Didn’t really like the way they put the hot and cold in the walls under the sinks were very hard to reach to turn off or on in case of a flood could’ve been a lot more cleaner
Tim and his team of HVAC technicians were awesome to work with! I actually had such a great experience with them that I called them back a second time for another issue. Both times, Tim responded immediately to my texts and setting up an appointment with the office was seamless. For my urgent issue they were able to fit in a same day visit and with a less-urgent issue they scheduled me first thing the next day. They are very professional with text and email updates about when a technician was on his way as well as the name and picture of the technician. They were reliable - showed up when they said they would and figured out the solution. While HVAC repair can be pricey, I felt their prices were fair and they didn't try to push extra costs unnecessarily. They also gave realistic advice about the longevity of our HVAC system and left it up to us to decide what repairs to do. I highly recommend RT Olson for HVAC issues!

Upon arrival, tech found tne garbage disposal backing up and coming from the area gap Tech used a cable to run down the air gap and cleared the blockage Tech than ran the dishwasher and no longer was backed up Tech then cleaned the work area and explained the findings to the home owner and the fix
