The service was really awesome. My technician identified my problem & made the repair within 15-30min.ish. He also cleaned my outside unit within that time. I appreciate the honesty he shared about my old unit & his willingness to help me keep the unit functional until I own the home & then I will definitely replace my air conditioning unit with one from Rudrolff!!!
