Jerrod Mitchell was very personable when he came for my heating bi-annual check-up. He did his job quietly & efficiently. There was no mess on the floor when he was done, he wore shoe covers whenever he was in the house and was very good at keeping the door closed (I have a cat). He was very friendly and we had a nice chat when he was writing up my statement. Both he & Chris(who came for the air-conditioning check-up) were top-notch, did their jobs well and were sensitive to the needs of others in my home (sleeping son, cat).
