I did not feel the service call was anywhere near as thorough as it has been before when Brandon came. Doug was nice, but I don't feel he did much of anything, didn't leave me with a new filter (which is part of the maintenance plan), barely seemed to check or clean anything and did not impress me as being competent at his job. I wondered where he was at one point during the visit as he wasn't working on the outside unit or inside, and it was apparent he had been having a smoke break outside. Doug could be a better than average service tech, but apparently needs more training. Definitely did not feel I got my "money's worth" from the maintenance visit, and this visit was not the type of service I have had in the past and have come to expect!
