I’ve never had to wait more than a few hours when I needed them. And my problem with my a/c has been a troubleshooting nightmare. They haven’t overcharged me and they’ve got me up and running everytime. I have had horrible luck with hvac repairs companies in the past so it is so nice to have found scenic city.

Ryan did a great job and represented the company well. It was not his fault that the needed part took so long to come in. Fortunately, the unit in question was for the upstairs A/C, which we are not as dependent on as the downstairs one.

Drain off of furnace never was hooked up on install,redone drain and hooked up furnace drain.
After inspection found the furnace non operational, The installation would include a 3.0 Ton split gas furnace with AC and R19 Blown insulation, as this will help efficiency and help to hold cooling and heating temperatures. The unit comes backed by a 10 year manufacturer warranty that we will register for you, 1 year labor warranty & 1 year maintenance warranty.
Tech found leak in American standard package heatpump
Tech performed maintenance on Carrier split heat pump. Tech didn’t get customer signature as she took a dr call. Send our air quality guy to inspect/quote duct cleaning.
Found low-voltage short. Heater kit and control board rusted out. Created estimate with price to replace heater kit and control board.
Found shorted transformer on unit. Replace 24 V transformer. Checked all wiring for short.
Tech found Nortec 110V blower motor locked up. Partners supply is going to call us back w a parts price- it’s out of warranty. Squirrel cage is pulled from the unit. After performing our performance and safety evaluation of your system, I was able to determine what caused the breakdown and come up with some solutions to not only fix it, but help keep it from happening again.
Found dirty air filter downstairs causing return duck to pop when fan comes on. Check system unit operating normally. No problems with unit. Replaced filter downstairs. Customer will replace filter upstairs.
After inspection, recommendation for a dehumidifier in the basement to control humidity with installation includes the unit and to properly tie into the existing duct work There would also be a total of Four Air scrubbers to be installed. The Aprileaire dehumidifiers will be used as these are top of the line in dehumidification for homes,we have homeowners have had great results witj this product.
Customer stated when heat running system will shake floor and make very loud noise. Thoroughly inspected ICP package. Heat pump. Checked blower wheel. Cleanliness tighten fan blade on condenser fan motor. Check ductwork under house. Cannot hear noise at this time. Customer stated unit makes noise at night while running in heat cycle system through defrost customer stated that is not the sound. They are hearing. I asked customer if she could record sound next time unit makes noise. Cannot find problem with system at this time. Ask customer to call back if system acts up again
Pulled toilet to find that flange was broken on both sides where t bolts tighten to flange. Replaced flange and reset toilet. Caulked base of toilet. No leaks present after reinstalling.
Performed assessment of home and found prv was leaking. All fixtures working as intended. Flushed water heater and a fair amount of buildup was flushed out. Replaced prv and set household pressure to 60 psi
The installation includes new Packaged Heat Pump with pad , also found that the 16 inch flex return line disconnected and torn, we will replace the line and seal all ductwork to ensure maximum air flow and that there is no leak for maximum efficiency. The unit comes with manufacturer parts warranty & backed by a 1 year labor warranty as well. We will perform a startup test and include new programmable thermostat.
Did maintenance on one split heat pump. System is in good operating condition at this time.
