John arrived on time, performed a thorough furnace inspection, and sent me a detailed report. Did not try to sell me anything, just identified what the issues were, and made an appropriate recommendation.
I have no problem with the company or those working for them.
This was a routine service appointment. Drew and Josh arrived right on time and made sure we are ready to go for the AC season coming up. We are very satisfied with the service we get from Schaafsma.
Schaafsma has always been our go to for heating and cooling. They follow up when needed, and make sure the work is done to our satisfaction. A quick shoutout to Bill for his patience and upbeat attitude as well as his excellent quality of work with our new AC Unit. Great job by all!!! Thanx again for outstanding service from beginning through to completion.
On Sept 22,2020 d our furnace inspected by your company so we could be confident everything was in good working order, we were told it was. Cost $102 We started having problems with it Dec. our Dec was a hard month for us. My husband's son died. Very bad time. Turned the thermostat off and on and it worked for awhile. Don't know why it made a difference, since I know nothing about a furnace. That's we hired the experts {that would be you}. Had you out again Jan 21,2021 to check it out. Cost us $275.69. He replaced the thermostat, but must not have checked out the furnace good enough. Still acted the same. called again. So thank goodness for David! He dug a little deeper for the problem. Found out it was a component in the furnace that should have caught on Sept 22. just needed to be cleaned. I'm really disappointed that no one has contacted us in regard to refund for Jan21. This has been very stressful for the last couple of months. For us$276.69is a lot of money to us.. PLEASE respond to this e-mail and THANK David for us
Will use this service again.

Marv confirmed what I had already diagnosed as a worn out or defective draft inducer on my furnace that was making unusual noise. He also said we needed a limit switch and a new igniter, and cleaning the secondary heat exchanger. His pricing for those parts put my furnace in the replacement range. I replaced the draft inducer myself for $165 and 3/4 hour of my own labor, not the over $860 he quoted. My furnace now runs fine.
