On Sept 22,2020 d our furnace inspected by your company so we could be confident everything was in good working order, we were told it was. Cost $102 We started having problems with it Dec. our Dec was a hard month for us. My husband's son died. Very bad time. Turned the thermostat off and on and it worked for awhile. Don't know why it made a difference, since I know nothing about a furnace. That's we hired the experts {that would be you}. Had you out again Jan 21,2021 to check it out. Cost us $275.69. He replaced the thermostat, but must not have checked out the furnace good enough. Still acted the same. called again. So thank goodness for David! He dug a little deeper for the problem. Found out it was a component in the furnace that should have caught on Sept 22. just needed to be cleaned. I'm really disappointed that no one has contacted us in regard to refund for Jan21. This has been very stressful for the last couple of months. For us$276.69is a lot of money to us.. PLEASE respond to this e-mail and THANK David for us
