Chandler Schuelke was professional and friendly. Knowledgeable and explained the process to me before beginning the job. Insurance is giving coverage of 8192.23 for build back of kitchen to include replacement of flooring, patching and painting of drywall, installation of baseboard and re installation of existing kitchen cabinet counter top and backsplash
Performed inspection of Cutsomer hallway tub/shower via access in bedroom closet. Once I turned water on to tub spout I instantly saw water coming from spout and seeping into the wall replaced nipple and tub spout. Ran water for several minutes on both tub spout and shower head and didn’t see any further leaks
Customers kitchen and laundry drain has failed with several holes running throughout approximately 40’ section of the 2” drain. Strongly recommended replacing Replaced the 40’ section of kitchen sink drain and laundry drain via shooting epoxy liner towards kitchen sink and out towards front yard. Also re plumbed the riser and P trap for laundry n
Snaked drain via exterior cleanout for kitchen sink to clear clog. Followed with camera inspection. When attempting to pull camera out, camera in the line got stuck leading us the believe there is a break in the line. Explained to customer we will have to remove kitchen cabinet and counter top that backs up to washer machine in order to perform a direct access repair. Once we get the line repaired we can then follow up with further camera inspection to make sure there are no further issues. Attempted to perform repair but once we gained access to the pipe we saw that the whole bottom of the pipe was completely gone. Attempted to trench back to the kitchen and found a section to connect to. We ran camera and found that there are several other wholes in the drain after the laundry ties into the line. Explained to customer that the remainder of the line needs to be replaced and they will continue to have issues until this is done. If customer continues to use washer and kitchen sink it’

Upon arrival the brisk room kitchen sink drains were already taken apart there was already a cable snake stuck in the drain. Was able to remove the snake that was stuck in the basket strainer of the CEO office kitchen. Snaked drain to remove clog, re-connected drains and ran water for several minutes in both sinks. Everything was draining properly
Customer reported washing machine was backing up. Performed snaking of the drain to remove clogged drain. Tested by running hose through drain and rinse a spin cycle on washing machine.when running snake weren’t able to get passed the p trap. If customer continues to have issues we recommend opening wall behind washer an replacing P trap. unable to run camera due to lack of clean out.
Customers hallway toilet that we installed had became loose. Re tightened bolts
Installed two customer supplied toilets. A customer supplied kitchen faucet and a customer supplied bathroom faucet.
Customer reported old supply line was leaking. Replaced supply line. Open arrival I noticed customer had large amounts of moisture surrounding toilet and behind toilet causing mold growth to occur behind wall on toilet. Inspected toilet to try and determine if moisture was coming from toilet not was not able to identify any leaks in toilet. Recommended to customer to keep an eye on toilet and see if moisture re- occurs. If problem continues then we may need to replace toilet. Also explained to customer that excess moisture could be a result of condensation build up from showering.
Customer reported water leaking from the base of the secondary toilet. After inspection I saw that supply line was leaking. Tightened supply line and fixed the leak. Flushed both toilets several times and didn’t see any further leaks.
Cusuomer requested to have sewer main cleaned. Performed camera inspection and noticed customer had several small root intrusions that where beginning to grow into the sewer main as well as a few small offsets. Recommended performing epoxy lining to prevent future issues
Customer wishes to have hook ups installed for washer and dryer.
