Fantastic service, great communication and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Schuelke Plumbing & Construction.
When I was young some of my fondest memories were when my aunts, uncles and cousins would get together. It was family time the best of times. This may sound weird but I get this same feeling when Chandler and crew show up. If I was a little younger I would go to work with them. Great company all around!

I used Schuelke Plumbing to install a new sewer line 3 years ago. I was impressed by the quality of the work at a price that was lower than competitors. Recently, I wanted to think about my water heating system. Chandler came over for a consultation, and he gave me a number of options that expanded my thinking. He was very good at explaining the pros and cons of different approaches, and we were able to make an informed choice. They completed the work with skills and efficiency. We're happy with their service again.
I have used Schuelke Plumbing for all my plumbing needs the last several years. I highly recommend this company. Everyone has been knowledgeable, polite and helpful.
Great company! We have used this company exclusively for all our plumbing needs both major and minor.
Customer had a burst pressurized water line located under master bathroom that resulted in severe water damage to subfloor, flooring and walls in bathroom. Performed temporary repair on 3/4” poly piping. Strongly recommend performing repipe of home to avoid future issues as well as performing proper mitigation to bathroom to avoid further damage.
Performed hydrojetting to mainline via cleanout under kitchen sink. Followed with camera inspection and found that customer had large amounts of mud in sewer line leading out towards septic tank. Was unable to run my camera to septic due to the amount of build up. Recommend digging up sewer main outside of building and performing more hydrojetting in attempt to remove all the mud out of sewer line and installing a mainline cleanout outside to provide future access. Once mud is removed from sewer line we can then follow up with camera inspection to make sure there are no further issues
Customer has visible mold to water heater and hvac stand that he wishes to have remediated. Customer also wishes to have estimate for replacement of laundry box due to valves leaking.
After performing leak detection for property we found that this unit had 2 leaks on the drain system both being in the full bathroom. First leak being due to a broken drain inside the wall for the bathroom sink, and the other being due to a bad seal for the toilet. Opened drywall and replaced approximately 4’ of damaged/cracked cast iron drain for sink and installed new P trap assembly. Also pulled and replaced wax ring for toilet. After pulling toilet we noticed existing toilet flange was extremely low and about 2” below the floor when the flange should be level or on top of existing flooring. I believe the wax rings failed due to this and strongly recommend replacing existing toilet flange and raising to proper height to avoid future issues.
Ran water in all the units and found units 8 and 12 had active leaks to their drains. UNIT 8 While running water in unit 8 we found the when the toilet was flushed water began dripping into the carport leading us to believe the wax ring has failed, also when running the bathroom sink in the full bathroom water started dripping into the carport as well which indicates a break in the cast iron drain for the sink. In order to do repair we will need do open drywall in order to expose the drains UNIT 12 While running water in bathtub we found water began dripping into the car port leading us to believe that more then likely the waste and over flow and P trap needs to be replaced. Explained we will need to first open drywall behind shower to expose plumbing to identify exactly where the leak was coming from
Moved kitchen island plumbing and electrical for customer in designated location customer had marked for us to accommodate new location of island/sink. Also replaced ice maker box
After inspection determined main leak was caused by mainline clog. Snaked drain via clesnout to clear clog. Followed with camera inspection and found customer had a large root intrusion about 2’ past the front yard under the street which was causing the clog. Strongly recommend performing a direct access to repair the broken pipe and root intrusion to Avoid further issues. I was unable to get camera past this root intrusion, once repair is complete we can perform further camera inspection to make sure there are no further issues Customer also had another leak due to a 2” broken cast iron drain that needed to be addressed. In order to perform repair we will need to open up the wall where the drain 90s up and replace the section from the wall down into the basement.
Customer wishes to have estimate for connecting to existing exposed gas line and running new gas line to feed hook ups for gas stove approximately 20’ away
Customer has a severe mold growth issue occurring the walls and ceiling of bathroom. Appears issue is from lack of ventilation in bathroom causing steam and water to accumulate on walls resulting in mold growth. Recommended performing a surface treatment to entire bathroom, as well as fogging to combat mold. Would also recommend installing a ventilation fan in bathroom to aid in avoiding future issues with condensation build up on the walls in the future
Customer wishes to have break is broken water main repaired Customer had a broken 3” pvc water main in parking lot. Dug down and repaired the line.
Cutsomer chain for master toilet came off and needed adjustment. Adjusted chain and flushed toilet several times and everything was working properly. Inspected garbage disposal and recommended replacement
After clearing the mainline sewer inside the store, we performed a camera inspection and found that the cast iron pipe that travels beneath the floor of the store, has a heavy build up of sludge and scale. This restricts the size of the drain pipe and creates a rough surface that paper and feces can get stuck on, clogging the line. The only way to address this is to perform hydrojetting of the line from an accessible ground cleanout on the exterior of the building. We were unable to locate the exterior cleanout due to it being buried underground. The below proposal outlines the work to locate and excavate the cleanout as well as perform the maintenance on the mainline sewer. Opened mainline where sewer exited the building and installed two Way cleanout. Mainline was 6”. Performed hydrojetting and descaling
Exisiring expansion tank was leaking. Removed and installed new tank
