Excellent Service

I love everything about this company! Our family experienced a devastating amount of damage to our home when it flooded while we were out of town. Then, our insurance wouldn’t cover our losses. Then we found out that there was asbestos, termite and mold damage that needed to be taken care of before we could begin to rebuild or even occupy. Our entire downstairs and about 1/4 of our upstairs was affected. We even had our living room ceiling collapse! Chandler guided us, communicated effectively with us and SHOWED UP each and every step of the way. On top of that, we were on the other side of the country during the entire mitigation and rebuild process. Because the team Chandler put into place to do the mitigation and rebuild our “new” home, it was finished on time for our move in. Our whole family is very very grateful for the expertise and kindness of everyone at Schuelke Plumbing Inland Empire.

Always the best!

Every time that Schuelke Plumbing works on our home, the work is excellent, and the workers are polite and professional. We’ve had a bathroom remodeled, an additional new toilet installed, with new drain pipes for everything, hot water heater flushed, new hose bibs, and a pressure regulator replaced.

Upon arrival tenant notified that the bottom of the toilet had been leaking after she flushed it. When I flushed the guest toilet there was gurgling noise coming from the master bathroom toilet which was directly behind. I first ran my auger through the toilet to clear out what I thought was a potential soft clog. After a while of using my auger I decided to pull the toilet. I ran my camera down the flange and could not see anything visible, due to the poor visibility. I then went on the roof and ran my camera down the vent. I was able to locate my camera at the septic tank. I reinstalled the toilet with a new wax ring. I flushed both toilets and was not having any back ups. What I believe the issue is, is that the leech lines have failed and need to be replaced. I believe that is the issue because I was told by the tenant that the septic tank had been pump and the company told her that there were a lot of roots inside the septic tank. The issue of the leech lines failing means that t

Performed a visual inspection on customers plumbing to include stub outs for water and drains for sinks and toilets, as well as water heater. Did not see any active leaks, but saw that several of customers P trap assemblies for bathroom and kitchen sink where in properly plumbed in, also noticed customers cold flex line feeding water heater had severe corrosion occurring. Highly recommend replacing this flex line with a new one as well as removal of old gate valve and installation of new gate valve

Went to tenants home to see what issue they were having with the kitchen sink. Upon inspection I noticed the the seal from the sink had deteriorated. I replaced the seal with plumbers putty and a new rubber gasket. I filled the sink 4 times and checked for leaks. Did not see any leaks and the sink was able to function properly again.

Customer has a 3/4” hot water line that bursted in slab of concrete located behind water heater. Recommended performing re route of line instead of having to remove kitchen cabinets to perform repair Performed re route to customers burst 3/4 hot copper line. This line manifold behind water heater and came up behind downstairs bathroom vanity feeding the downstairs and upstairs master bathroom. Ran new 3/4” PEX above head establishing new feed for these bathrooms

Customer has several roots growing up around toilet flange causing the flange to lift as well as causing the wax ring to fail. Recommended replacement of toilet flange and chipping away concrete around flange in order to remove as many roots as possible and then sealing up gap with concrete adhesive to prevent roots continuing to grow

Rain water entered the home through the west wall of the dining room. Need to perform water damage mitigation to address the issue. A separate estimate for repairs to the damage will be provided once the work has been completed to dry down the walls. There are floor to ceiling mirrors on the west wall of the dining area that need to be removed. All attempts to remove the mirrors without breaking them will be made however it is highly likely they will crack or break.

Responded for an emergency mainline backup. Upon arrival I performed camera inspection of the sewer from the newly installed clean-out and found no obstructions. Ran camera from the roof vent and discovered a large clog of toilet paper or baby wipes. I was able to clear the clog with cable snake via roof vent. A further camera inspection showed no further obstructions. I ran water in the shower and flushed toilet several times with no issues.

Hydrojetted customers main sewer line from accessible cleanout to the city sewer line. Followed up with a camera inspection and found that customer had a large offset. Recommended digging down to offset and replacing a section of sewer line.

After performing leak detection on customers water system I was able to determine that customer had a Burst 3/4” copper water line on the hot side of system. The burst pipe was located between the back of the water heater and under the kitchen cabinets. Instead of performing direct access repair and having to demo the cabinets in order to gain access to the burst pipe i recommend performing re route.

Cleared clog via vent on roof. Performed camera inspection and saw sewer main had several different locations that had larger amounts of build up on the inside of the pipe causing the clogs. Highly recommend installation of mainline cleanout where sewer main exits the building and to perform hydrojetting to remove build up and prevent future clogs Installed two way cleanout that services bath units A and B for building 853. Performed hydrojetting to try and descale the pipe.

Customer’s toilet was clogged upon arrival. I decided to auger the toilet since none of the other fixtures were affected nor was the main sewer line clogged. After augering the toilet for a while I was able to clear the clog and the toilet was functioning normally again.
