Fantastic service, great communication and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Schuelke Plumbing & Construction.
When I was young some of my fondest memories were when my aunts, uncles and cousins would get together. It was family time the best of times. This may sound weird but I get this same feeling when Chandler and crew show up. If I was a little younger I would go to work with them. Great company all around!

I used Schuelke Plumbing to install a new sewer line 3 years ago. I was impressed by the quality of the work at a price that was lower than competitors. Recently, I wanted to think about my water heating system. Chandler came over for a consultation, and he gave me a number of options that expanded my thinking. He was very good at explaining the pros and cons of different approaches, and we were able to make an informed choice. They completed the work with skills and efficiency. We're happy with their service again.
I have used Schuelke Plumbing for all my plumbing needs the last several years. I highly recommend this company. Everyone has been knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

Customer wishes to have customer supplied washer and dryer installed. Appears to be a drain on backside of where they wish to have washer installed but explained it may be for the roof drains and not a sewer drain. Performed visual inspection of drains for kitchen sink as well as upstairs bathroom sink to try and determine cause of smell. After inspection I believe smell is coming from organic material built up inside of tubular drains, strainers and drain assembly for sinks. Removed some build up in upstairs sink to try and aid in removal of the smell. Explained to customer we recommend replacing of drain assembly and tubular drains for upstairs sink and replacement of strainers, dishwasher hose and tubular drains for kitchen sink to try and stop the odors. Explained to customer that it is a process of elimination and this is the first step in trying to determine the cause of odor
Customer had an existing contractor behind work on the home and began running some plumbing but did not finish the work. Customer wishes to have us finish running the plumbing for both bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. As well as for the water heater per set of plans. Customer also wishes to have us replace and install a new water service from the meter to the house with a new backflow
Performed leak detection and found customers cold water line coming from half bathroom/bar sink feeding kitchen sink was leaking under foundation. Due to customer having a leak previously on this line and having a leak on the line that feeds from the kitchen sink to refrigerator that has since been capped off, i recommended performing a re route of both lines. Explained to customer that since we has an island sink we can attempt to feed a 3/8 line through the existing soft copper that runs from the fridge to the sink and connect the feed to the faucet to the 3/8 line. Doing this will avoid having to saw cut and jackhammer approximately 15’ of concrete in order to run a new line. If we are unable to feed the 3/8 line through the copper than we will need to perform the jackhammering. Explained to customer I will send over two estimates. One for performing the re-route and feeding the PEX line inside of the existing copper over to sink, and the other estimate for performing the re route
After performing leak detection I was able to determine that the leak was not a pressurized leak from the water system or the drains. Ran several more test and found that the leak is caused from the sprinklers spraying on the exterior of the home and seeping into the cracks in the wall in turn seeping into the house and garage. Also appears water is seeping into from where front hose bibs enters the concrete and turns to go into the house. The water is following this patch and dripping into the wall where the water line enters the soffit where drywall was opened. Attempted to adjust sprinkler in a manner as to not spray the home but was unable to. Recommend having landscaper install proper sprinkler head as to not spray the house and also recommend properly waterproofing exterior foundation to avoid more water seeping in
Angle stop on hot side for kitchen sink was leaking. Removed and replaced with new angle stop
