Attempted to snake kitchen drain via P trap but was unable to. Had to go under the home and snake via cap to clear clog. Existing drain ran approximately 50’ and has several turns and backgraded sections leading to the clogs. There were also approximately 3 different sections that had fractures. Recommend replacing entire line and properly installing drain to avoid future issues. But also gave the customer the option of just repairing the cracked sections
Customer has a whole house softening/filtration system they wish to have installed as well as a reverse osmosis system for their kitchen sink they wish to have installed
Customer has an exhaust fan that no longer works and needs rid have new electrical ran to it and replaced Installed customer supplied exhaust fan
Was able to clear clog via roof access. Followed up with camera inspection and saw customers existing cast iron drains where in very poor condition and had large amounts of build up with caused the clog. Explained to customer that if they continue to have issues with clogs then we recommend replacing of drains
Customer wishes to have their tankless water heater inside eliminated and a new tankless water heater installed on the exterior of their home outside. Will need to run new water, gas and electrical for tankless water heater. Installed new noritz tankless water on exterior of home
Customer has large root intrusion and offset in sewer main for both units causing clog. This has been an ongoing issue and have sent estimate for repairs in the past. Customer will continue to have issues until drains are fixed
Arrived on sight to inspect for leak, maintenance turned water back on but was unable to get leak to re-appear. Ball valves for back-flows are not working properly to turn water on and off as needed so I recommended replacing both 1.5” balls valves. While inspecting ball valves we noticed another leak near backflow. We will also need to dig up this section in order to determine where leak is. Once leak is found we can give a price for repair

Kitchen sink drain Snaked customers kitchen sink to remove clog. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining properly. Due to the set up and not having clesnout or roof vent I was unable to perform camera inspection Toilets Laundryroom toilets flappers are not working properly, due he repair parts being a special order and expensive I recommend replacing of toiler to avoid future issues in the future but will submit estimate for repair, as well as replacing. Inspected front toilet and found fill valve was not working properly and taking a long time to completely fill up. Replaced fill valve
After water leaked in the master bathroom and closet, we performed water damage mitigation. Once the bathroom was properly dried down the customer requested a cost for repairs to the areas of the bathroom that were damaged. The customer advised they are not filing an insurance claim and will be paying out of pocket. Below is the proposal for those repairs.
After inspection of system I found leak was on shut off valve feeding water heater. Appears the drain port for valve because loose, spraying water inside water heater closet in back of home. Tightened port to stop leak. Leak had caused water damage throughout flooring of home. Recommend performing proper mitigation to avoid further damage inside of home Hot and cold water lines inside water heater closet are poorly installed and are touching venting of water heater. This could eventually lead to the hot venting melting the plastic water lines, recommend reconfiguring the hot and cold water lines to prevent them from touching venting in water heater
Customer has water damage to the surrounding drywall located Selina his front window. Wishes to have estimate for water damage remediation. This estimate is just an estimated price. Once demo is complete we will be able to submit a more detailed invoice for insurance Performed work as outlined in invoices. Recommend performing exterior repairs to avoid having issues with water damage
Cleared mainline clog via cleanout in backyard. As stated last time at this property and adjoining house next door customer has old orange burg drains that are in poor condition causing which is resulting in sewer clogs. Recommend replacement of orangeburg drains as stated in previous estimate submitted.
Could not remove cartridges for customers Moen Roman tub valve. Called Moen and Moen will send out a new valve and trim for customer. Explained to customer I recommend replacement of the valve
