When I was young some of my fondest memories were when my aunts, uncles and cousins would get together. It was family time the best of times. This may sound weird but I get this same feeling when Chandler and crew show up. If I was a little younger I would go to work with them. Great company all around!

I used Schuelke Plumbing to install a new sewer line 3 years ago. I was impressed by the quality of the work at a price that was lower than competitors. Recently, I wanted to think about my water heating system. Chandler came over for a consultation, and he gave me a number of options that expanded my thinking. Customer has a leak on 3/4” copper line as well as drywall and mold damage to surrounding area. Recommended repairing of copper leak as well as replacement of old gate valve and flex line while there performing the work.
Performed inspection to both customers drains for upstairs bathroom above garage side door as well as potable water system. Ran water for several minutes in all fixtures and was unable to identify leak. After further inspection we saw that condensation line for hvac was located above the window for bathroom and had a steady drip. I believe the water customer reported was a cause of this condensation line. Cleared primary condensation line that was located under master sink in attempt to prevent dripping from secondary line. Recommended having customer contact hvac professional to inspect system.
Customers existing rheem water heater was leaking and no longer working. Removed old water heater and installed new 40 gallon Bradford white water heater. Replaced old gate valve as well with a 3/4” ball valve
Customer has a leak located under parking lot of property that needs to be excavated and repaired Customer has broken 1 1/4 pvc 90. Removed section and plumbed in new section. Turned water back on and didn’t see any further leaks
Customer had a pin hole leak on their 1” PEX. Performed repair as needed. There had already been several other leaks on this section of pipe. Strongly recommended replacing entire line to avoid more leaks in the future
Customer reported moisture on stucco in dog run and water on the floor. Performed inspection as well as a pressure test on potable water system. Everything I saw indicated there was no leak. Drywall on the backside of the stucco was dry as well. It appears the dogs use this corner to urinate on which is leading to the moisture build up on stucco.
Customer has leak bubbling up in street when drip system for irrigation turns on. Explained we will need to perform leak detection in order to locate where leak is. Once leak is located we can then provide a price for repair

Customer has water damage drywall and cabinets as a result of kitchen sink backing up. Recommend performing proper mitigation as to avoid further damage
Cleared clog via toilet auger. After inspection we saw mounting bolts where broken and no longer securing toilet to flange. Recommend removal of toilet and installation of new wax ring and mounting brackets
recommend adding a cap to the 1.5” cleanout that’s in the wall to prevent the escape of sewer gasses Replaced both wax rings on each toilet and added cap to cleanout.
Performed leak detection and found that customers 2” kitchen drain is leaking under concrete. This leak has caused severe water damage and mold damage to surrounding cabinets. In order to perform repair we strongly recommended having mold and water mitigation performed before hand to avoid contamination of kitchen. Once remediation is done we can then proceed with repair.
Snaked shower drain via overflow to remove clog. Ran water throughout unit for several minutes and everything was draining properly
