People share horror stories about contractors, but I experienced a fantasy-like experience. Gary and team were the second team to take a run at a period-appropriate remodel of my 1930s home. They were courteous, conscientious, brought the highest-quality workers and created a home I’m delighted with (they fully remodeled four bathrooms with miles of intricate tile work). Where there were “surprises,” they were never of Gary’s making and he and the Schuelke team always help me do things the right way (I plan for this to be my “forever home.”). I cannot recommend them more highly. I’m delighted!

When I was young some of my fondest memories were when my aunts, uncles and cousins would get together. It was family time the best of times. This may sound weird but I get this same feeling when Chandler and crew show up. If I was a little younger I would go to work with them. Great company all around!

PO# 66354 Performed camera inspection of kitchen drain and found large amounts of debris. Was able to flush out build up as best as possible and restore proper flow. If customer continues to have issues with clogs recommend performing hydrojetting and descaling to clean insides of drain
Snaked kitchen drain via exterior cleanout. Followed up with camera inspection and found large amounts of eggs shells. Flushed out egg shells as best as possible. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining properly
Customer has visible water damage/mold in master bathroom as a result of a roof leak. They wish to have estimate for mold remediation
Customer reported continuous mainline clogs to building. Performed camera inspection via roof access as well as cleanout. Found obstruction approximately 4’ past cleanout. Recommended digging up and removal of this section to remove obstruction
Performed inspection on potable water system. Checked meter a d saw that meter was spinning even water was not in use. After performing inspection I found that irrigation valve on side of home (right valve) was not shutting off all the way and was allowing water to continue to run to sprinklers. Shut this valve off and meters topped spinning indicating this was the only leak. Recommend having irrigation specialist switch this valve out Also performed inspection on low water pressure. Was able to determine cause being due to faulty regulator. When I checked pressure entering home pressure was only at 40 psi. Adjusted pressure to 75 psi but still recommend replacement of pressure regulator
Customer performed their own at home mold test which came back positive for mold growth occurring to wall near window. Customer wishes to have the entire wall from window over to the left removed as well as the fire block and have mold remediation performed.
Customer has a 1” copper water main leak in front planter bed. Removed damaged section of pipe and plumbed in with new 1” copper pipe and fittings. Existing copper pipe was in poor condition, if customer continues to have issues recommend replacement
Customer had a leak at their 3/4” pvc coupling
Customer has a contractor remodel upstairs bathroom approximately one year ago, and new tiled shower has failed and leaking int downstairs laundryroom. Customer wishes to have estimate for re-doing tiled shower
Customer states that after the meter was replaced, the pressure is low, however the house has excessive pressure coming in (85lbs)
Customer believes there is a break in the mainline sewer or kitchen sink drain for the condos and requested a camera inspection. Once the camera inspection is complete, we will be able to provide a detailed estimate on how to best repair the broken pipe beneath the foundation. There was an offset 45 degree fitting that was turned upwards, caucusing the line to collect solids and back up We removed the fitting , hydro jetted the line and repaired the section
Replaced shut off valve for toilet as well as fill valve. Toilet was located at office near main entrance
After digging up and exposing leak we found customer had a 1.5” galvanized water line that was leaking under the concrete. Performed repair and turned water back and didn’t see any further leaks. Existing galvanized water line was in very poor condition and will need to be replaced eventually
Customer has water damage to entryway drywall as well as to storage closet upstairs. Recommend performing proper water mitigation to avoid further damage and mold growth.
