Repipe

Had a slab leak, they pin pointed underneath our tiled flooring. Best option was to re-pipe from above and save the floor. Excellent service, professional and reasonable.

Excellent Bathroom Renovation

We could not be more pleased with how our 72 year old bathroom was renovated. The workers were pleasant and hard working. The job site was always cleaned. All of our questions were answered in a helpful way. The job was completed on time and within the proposed costs. The results are absolutely beautiful!

Excellent service and pricing!

I have used Schuelke Plumbing now 4 times for various things and they ALWAYS have excellent service from time of scheduling, notifications of arrival, to clean up after the work! They are honest and do not price gouge you! I will NOT be using anyone else until they give me a reason too! I sell real estate and have for over 20 years so to now have found a consistently good plumber across the board, I’ll be staying with them!

Customer requested a proposal for remodeling of the downstairs utility/laundry room. This involved relocating plumbing and electrical to accommodate moving the laundry connections, installing a shower/dog was station, as well as a vanity and toilet. A majority of the demo work is done. The customer has opted to proceed with the work without obtaining permits.

Performed camera inspection from roof vent. Customer had a large blockage in front yard that we recommended digging up to repair. Performed spot repair on customers sewer line. Customer had a broken cap that was letting dirt into the sewer line and causing the clog. Cut out section and installed two way cleanout for future access.

Customers pressure is extremely high and recommended replacing pressure regulator to decrease pressure for units. Replaced customers 2” brass pressure regulator and adjusted pressure to approximately 65psi.

Customers bathroom sink was clogged. Snaked drain and tightened drains under faucet. Pulled out a large clump of hair when snaking the line. Ran faucet for several minutes and everything was draining fine and no leaks.

Installed customer supplied faucet and garbage disposal. Hooked up drains under kitchen sink. Customer had old angle stops and stainless steel supply lines. Recommended replacing both angle stops and supply lines for $350.00

Was able to clear customers clog from roof access on vent. Ran camera and customer had lots of grease in line causing the clog. Was able to flush out most of the grease. Also noticed customers kitchen line was detected at a no hub under the house. The connected line for customer. Recommended if customer continues to have clogs to perform hydrojeting.

Customer requested estimate to install mop sink, 20 gallon Bradford white water heater and water proof backer board around perimeter walls inside bathroom. Performed work as specified in contract. Customer was not happy with the original faucet we had installed with utility sink. So we removed faucet and installed a much larger Krowne faucet that customer selected.

Customer reported a leak in the ceiling of the garage near the water heater. When the drywall was opened it was discovered that the tub drain had a leak and had been leaking for some time causing water damage to the drywall and mold to grow in the ceiling and wall. An inspection found that the acrylic tub/shower surround would need to be removed to properly mitigate the water damage and mold. The customer requested a proposal outlining the work needed to address the issues.

The customer reported unknown type of leak in the kitchen wall behind the cabinets. Upon performing leak detection and inspection of the plumbing system it appears that the leak is coming from a drain pipe in the wall or ceiling. There’s also moisture to the cabinetry and drywall behind it that needs to be mitigated.
