Great job with diagnosis and repair of a defective part in a dehumidifier

Brojan found the problem, ordered the part and returned to fix the dehumidifier. The fee was waived when I mentioned that the devise had a 2 yr. warranty. Everything works as good as new now.

Great job with diagnosis and repair of a defective part in a dehumidifier

Seeco installed two whole house dehumidifiers and one seemed to be not working properly. Bojan was able to confirm a problem with a fan motor and ordered a new part. He returned and replaced the part and then did tests to verify that the dehumidifier and pump was working properly. This was done for free under the 2 yr. warranty.

Electrician was late by almost 2.5 hours. This was not the electricians fault. Whoever scheduled appointment didn’t do properly. No calls from your dispatcher stating electrician would be late? I had to call and get updates. I could have been given the opportunity to reschedule, when electrician arrived they were apologetic and got right work and did a great job. Problems were with the dispatchers.
