Electrician was late by almost 2.5 hours. This was not the electricians fault. Whoever scheduled appointment didn’t do properly. No calls from your dispatcher stating electrician would be late? I had to call and get updates. I could have been given the opportunity to reschedule, when electrician arrived they were apologetic and got right work and did a great job. Problems were with the dispatchers.
