Nelson was very accommodating and spent a significant amount of time trying to work out internet connectivity issues with old t-stat....even installed a new one but without success....still cannot figure why t-stat suddenly quit working today after almost a year of no issues....this is the 4th thermostat replaced by Secco....many thanks, Nelson!
