On Dec 31 Tom Snavely and Derek Chatcavage were on site to install a new outdoor condensing unit that had recently failed. Not only were the professional, but it was a pleasure having them our home. They worked nonstop to install in a timely manner then spent time to discuss the install as well as the price and associated financing.
