Hot water heater had slow leak. Contacted Keith and his response time was within an hour. Determined that heater needed to be replaced. He returned in about an hour with new heater and he and his co-worker spent close to 3 hours here draining and removing the defective heater and then installing the new one. They worked efficiently and cleaned up any spillage or other mess created. Keith told us the approximate cost of this job and his price was fair and reasonable. Definitely would recommend him. It is obvious that he takes personal pride and ownership of his work.
