Anyone who has lived in a house for more than 5 years needs to have the ducting vacuumed - especially if a family member has asthma or other breathing challenges. For optimal indoor air quality, this should be done at least every 3 years. When I saw what came out of the air ducts, I decided to opt for every 18 months!
