Moving into a new house and finding the AC did not work was troubling, called Sierra Air and Joe arrived as soon as they could schedule him... He found no coolant in the unit, and we scheduled for testing...however this was all under Warranty and it took me a few phone calls to get the correct information and schedule for this to be done. He arrived yesterday and found that there were valves not tightened properly, he fixed those as well as the "breakers" that had been installed backwards, and at my request installed a new digital thermostat for me.... I am ready for summer!!! Thank you Joe!
