Steve was very nice and professional. He assessed and explained the the problem immediately as well as fixed it very methodically and efficiently. My heater is up and running and I am very happy with the service he provided. Thanks very much to Tonya for squeezing me into the schedule so quickly this morning. I really appreciate it.
