Corey called ahead and arrived on time. He was very friendly and easy to talk with. He listened carefully to my description of the electrical problem. I had been told by an appliance repairman that my house’s electrical system was not grounded! Corey quickly verified that it is, much to my relief! He checked the meter grounding/wire connection and interior outlets (we assume the repairman did not know how to properly check for grounding). I much appreciate the quick same day response. I would definitely use Sloan Electrical and ask for Corey in the future.

The electrician, Corey, was outstanding, as was the gentleman (think owner) who originally talked to me at the company over the phone. An appointment was scheduled quickly; the day of the appt. Corey called to confirm it, and arrived right at 2:00 which was the beginning of the 2:00 to 4 :00 pm window. He was very personable, knowledgeable, courteous and super fast. A most satisfying experience ; Corey was friendly and explained everything. We will be using Sloan again!

There’s a reason this company has stellar reviews. My experience today was awesome. Sloan technician, Corey, came by today to help me with an outlet in my kitchen. His communication prior to the service visit was great - calling before coming to the house. He arrived on time and worked efficiently to complete the job. Corey was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and friendly (even my dog loved him)! I will continue to use Sloan Electric for all of my electrical needs.
