The electrician, Corey, was outstanding, as was the gentleman (think owner) who originally talked to me at the company over the phone. An appointment was scheduled quickly; the day of the appt. Corey called to confirm it, and arrived right at 2:00 which was the beginning of the 2:00 to 4 :00 pm window. He was very personable, knowledgeable, courteous and super fast. A most satisfying experience ; Corey was friendly and explained everything. We will be using Sloan again!

This is second time I have used Sloan Services for electrical needs. When I first called yesterday I was asked some basic questions to see if service call was needed. It was determined call was needed and appt. set for next day. Corey arrived at scheduled time, cornfirmed issue, replaced GFI outlet, retested, and was quickly completed. Came to fit a ceiling fan I bought from Lowes. Turned out a few parts were missing. Took the trouble to go back to Lowes and get a replacement. Our (2nd) new fan was perfectly fitted and not a dime charged for the extra hour's detour. Class act - not many around these days.
