HVAC Repairs: Arrived at the client’s home after reports of loud squealing from the HVAC system. Inspected and found a worn fan belt causing slippage. Replaced the belt, adjusted pulley tension, and confirmed quiet and stable operation.
Air Conditioning System Repairs: Arrived at the client’s home after reports of reduced cooling performance and unusual hissing noises from the indoor unit. Inspected the system and discovered a refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil due to corrosion and wear over time. Replaced the damaged coil, pressure-tested the system, and recharged it to manufacturer specifications. Verified proper operation, strong airflow, and stable cooling throughout the home.
Found outdoor unit not running due to failed dual run capacitor. Replaced component and verified system restarted properly.
Installed a new energy-efficient Daikin AC system in Oakdale, LA. The old unit had a failed blower motor and frequent repair issues. The new system will provide consistent cooling and lower energy costs for years to come.
Completed tune-up on 7 York gas furnaces at commercial property in Shreveport. Scope included: combustion analysis with digital manometer (all units between 82-84% efficient), heat exchanger integrity check using camera scope, blower motor amp draw measurement, and flame signal verification. Found one unit with partial blockage in flue vent—cleared obstruction and verified proper draft. Replaced worn inducer motor bearings on two units to prevent midseason failure. All systems now operating within manufacturer specifications for the heating season.
