AC Repair: Arrived at the client’s home after reports of the AC not starting properly. Inspected the electrical components and found a failed run capacitor. Replaced the capacitor and tested the compressor and fan motor to verify smooth startup and operation.
Commercial Air Conditioning Repair: Arrived at the commercial property to inspect the rooftop HVAC unit after reports of inconsistent cooling in multiple zones. Performed a full diagnostic and found a faulty blower motor capacitor and dirty condenser coils reducing system efficiency. Replaced the capacitor, cleaned the coils, and inspected belts, filters, and electrical connections. Tested the system to verify proper airflow, balanced cooling output, and stable operation. Informed the building manager that the rooftop unit is now functioning properly and operating at optimal performance.
HVAC Repair: Arrived at the client’s home to inspect the outdoor unit after reports of loud vibration. Found the condenser fan blade off-balance. Realigned and secured the blade, then tested to confirm smooth and quiet operation.
HVAC Repair Service: Arrived at the client’s home after reports of poor cooling performance. Inspected the HVAC system and found a damaged suction line causing refrigerant loss and reduced efficiency. Repaired the suction line, pressure-tested the system for leaks, and recharged it to manufacturer specifications. Verified proper cooling operation.
Heating and Cooling System Installation: Arrived at the client’s home to install a new air conditioning and heating system. Removed the old units and set the new AC and furnace in place, connecting all ductwork, electrical wiring, and refrigerant lines. Performed system startup, tested operation in both heating and cooling modes, and verified proper airflow and temperature output. Reviewed system operation and maintenance procedures with the client, confirming the installation was successfully completed.

Replaced the defective blower motor and belt, tested the system, and verified proper airflow and operation. Verified proper temperature control and informed the client that the repair was successful.
