Ethan is extremely competent, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and polite. What a refreshingly outstanding young man! He did my A/C service, trudging up two flights of stairs multiple times to one of my two units. -no complaining - just continued to be genuinely friendly. Ethan came to my house last year on an emergency call and he could not have been kinder or more polite. I was so happy when I opened my door to see Ethan again today. Wish I could request him every time. Excellent service!! Have used Snellville since 2001 - always great service but Ethan takes great service to another level.
