Ethan arrived as scheduled this morning with a great smile and ready to service our Rheem Air Conditioner with a preventative maintenance inspection . He introduced himself and asked me where the Air Filter was and he immediately changed the dirty filer without my asking. I showed him where the thermostat was and told him the location for the crawlspace door. He went on to crawl under the home and I asked him to please turn off the light when he left the crawl space. Turning off the light when finished and closing the crawlspace door is tantamount to a five star rating. He checked the unit in the crawlspace and found everything working and mechanically sound. That's what a customer is expecting with a One Year old Rheem Air Conditioner. He finished up checking the outside compressor voltage and inside the covers and fan . He finished the job telling me about all the items he inspected and alerting me to his concerns of the Heating Unit will need replacing because of age and the reasons why . He also filled me in on the Service Contract available for the Rheem inspections twice a year. Ethan did a good job representing Snellville Heating and Air .
