The tech. that was send was very polite and respectful. Did the tuneup and notified me after he was done and gave me a summary and condition of my unit. I'd been with SOS for almost 4 years now and I am happy with their service. In winter season I don't have to worry of the oil being low cause they always fill it at a monthly schedule. I recommend this company for anyone looking.
