Kevin and his assistant worked quickly and carefully to repair my fireplace. He got it going and ordered a new blower to replace the faulty one. He was polite, efficient, and professional. I look forward to his completing this job in the near future. My only regret is that I was scheduled for 12-4 pm and waited until 4pm for his call. A smaller window of arrival would certainly be appreciated.
