I appreciated the professionalism of Alex.

Mr. Tobey was very patient, courteous, and professional. He arrived with a face mask on and covered his shoes before coming into my house. I was immediately impressed and appreciative with his demeanor. He explained in detail everything that he was doing and helped me understand how I could improve my A/C systems performance.

No resolution to my issues.

In my opinion the tech didn't have a lot of troubleshooting experience and/or knowledge about my a/c system. I didn't have much confidence in his recommendations.

Gas valve failure, will need the OEM version to replace. Customer understands we were unable to verify other components for functionality due to them running im sequemce after the gas valve.
