Spoke with customer about system & he was just wanting a ballpark currently and getting ideas. If he decides to go further he will have us out to give him a firm bid.
3 System Inspections performed, Upstairs, Downstairs & Master System. Upstairs unit has a leak and is almost empty with Freon and would need a leak search to determine location of the leak and replace component, furnace for upstairs is original. Downstairs System is performing well with a 20 degree split and all electrical was within manufacturer specifications. Master system had a solid split but like the upstairs will need a new furnace in the upcoming months. Upstairs System is not large enough to supply air to additional room and a mini split or additional cooling unit will need to be added. Electrical disconnect box needs to be replaced and is shorting. Replace furnace master & upstairs.
