Unit is electric air handler needs to give bid to insurance company
AC Repair: customer was concerned about a small coming from system. Apon inspection I noticed no build up on coil or return. System was clean. Second issue was unit turned off at times. After looking into the issue discovered that the drain was full and had tripped the float switch pan shutting off the system. Customer agreed to have drains cleared and vacuum out the drain pan. After completing task drain line was flowing properly out of primary drain line. No indication of water dripping into pan at this time. Also check refrigerant charge and was spot on.
Phone consultation: Sprayed Lysol to kill mildew smell coming from AC. System shut off and didn't come back on. might be running, but not sure. Wants to have us come out and take a look at what the issue might be. Also, wants to talk about options to combat mildew smell from AC.
A/C Repair: Condenser fan motor bearings were starting to seize. Causing the fan motor to stop rotating. Replaced condenser fan motor, and system is operating normally at this time. Refrigerant pressures are in range. System is achieving an 18° temperature split, which is in range at this time.
