Performed maintenance check up on both system, upstairs system is performing very well for age, all components in range and system has a 21° split. Down stairs system is also performing very well with all components in range and with a 20° Temperature split.
Installed new thermostat on new install, hooked up gauges to verify proper charge. Everything is good to go.
Performed comfort club maintenance system is performing properly and efficiently. System has 18° split. Customer wishes to discuss pricing about emergency drain pan replacement. Emergency drain pan has medium to large size rust stain.
Home owners stated down stairs system is having trouble cooling properly, after a thorough inspection it is determined to be low on refrigerant R410a. System has a 14° split and should be closer to 20° split differential. System is low on r410a which indicates a leak. Recommend adding refrigerant to proper specs and md perform leak search. Edit: leak was located in evaporator coil
System not cooling properly during heat of day, condenser coil is fairly degragated. Head pressure is 250 suction pressure reading 65, split differential was 19° so system is doing everything it can to cool.
Low on r22 added 2lbs to system, temperature differential went from 8° to 20° split. Recommend leak check to determine if and where there is a leak

Found bad thermostat replaced thermostat and checked operations
secondary drain pan is extremely rusty, needs to be replaced, will require jack to lift unit clear of drain pan
