Pulled old coil out and start new coil did pressure test and pull vacuum and recharge system
I found system with no freon check for leaks found leak and evaporator coil major leak in evaporator coil
Check blower motors and amperage on blower motors blue primary drain lines checked all electrical connections checked all duct work check drain pans on both units downstairs drain pan is rusting out check average on condenser fan motors and compressors check capacitors and contact users check freon levels
Repair: upstairs unit had blockage in primary drain at the unit, causing the water to drain into the secondary drain pan. Downstairs unit had partially clogged primary drain line. With the comfort club membership we will come out twice a year and keep the drain lines clear. We will also perform maintenance on both systems to keep them running as long as possible.
Warranty: came out to look into drain line issue on unit we installed. Noticed that the PVC fitting was cracked at the unit and leaking replaced fitting as well as added a secondary line to run into drain pan.
Inspected condensing unit for hail damage to the coil.
Thermostat is slightly detaching from the base due to improper mounting. Remounted thermostat with new mounting hardware, and verified mount integrity. System is operating normally at this time.
AC Repair: Low voltage fuse is popped. Replaced fuse, and system is operating normally. Installed alarm.com thermostat, and verified configuration on control panel and smartphone app. Thermostat is operating in both heat and cool.
Gurgling noise fixed with the addition of a trap to the pvc lineset. All heater components have been assembled.
