Installed 5 Ton A/C & Heating system Ruud, drain pan, float switch, gas flex, flue pipe 10 Year Parts / 1 Year labor.
Ac repair: IPM board on mini-split is malfunctioning. Put new board on order, will follow up when board is in and will perform repair. Installed two window units in the home until new parts arrive. Window units supplied by homeowner. New board has been installed, system is operating normally both air handlers are cooling at this time. Recommend installing surge protection to save new board and compressors from damage from Power surges.
Ac repair: cleared and blew out drains confirmed drain lines were clear by dumping a few gallons of water down the lines. Also vacuumed out lines as well. Installed a drain tee for to be able to access the line and pour bleach for preventative maintenance.
Maintenance: Outdoor unit and both air handlers are operating normally at this time. Drains are clear and draining normally at this time.
Replaced Condenser/Coil with Coleman 4 Ton, drain pan, float switch, drain line work, copper insulation 10 Year Parts/10 Year Labor
Maintenance: Performed maintenance on Mini-split unit with two air handlers. cleaned and inspected both air handlers, both air handlers are operating normally at this time.
A/C Tune-up: All systems are operating normal at this time. Compressor amp draws were in range, refrigerant pressures were good. Coils were clean.
