Ac repair: came out to install a control module for the duct detector. Noticed the compressors were not running at the time due to issue with the control board. Will return to replace board. Returned to replace board and also the thermostat. After replacing the board units first compressor kicked when It had previously not been. the second compressor did not however due to thermostat issue. Replaced thermostat and it fixed issue with the the second compressor. Both compressors were running at the time of leaving the job site.

Maintenance: unit had a clogged drain line that was tripping the drain pain float switch due to water build up. Vacuumed out the water from the pan and blew out the drain lines. Added drain solve to help break down any build up in lines as well. Unit is now draining properly and producing an 18 split. Pressures and amp draws for electrical components were all in range. Conducted duct fogging as well.
