Check blower motor amperage checked all electrical connections checked all ductwork check primary drain and secondary drain inspected float switches checked amperage on compressor and condenser fan motor check capacitor and contactor check Freon levels all good at this time
Ac repair: primary and secondary drain lines are clogged. Drain pan is filling with water. The float switch installed was too high to effectively stop the water dripping over the edge of the pan. Recommend clearing drain line and drain pan and setting the float switch lower. Also recommend signing up for the comfort club membership for twice annual maintenance to help keep the drain lines as clear as possible. Drain line is clear and draining normally at this time. Poured 1 gallon of water down the primary drain line and no water backups formed.
Electrical failures caused a shorted contractor, EEV stepper motor and main board. Replaced all 3 of those components and added a surge protector in the system for future protection.
High limit switch on heat kit and heat relay on heat kit are shorted, possibly due Tonga power surge. Recommend replacing heat kit on air handler. I also recommend adding surge protection to the air handler to prevent component damage on the unit. New heat kit is installed and getting a 19 degree temperature rise. Heater is operating normally at this time.
