Southern Air has consistently performed yearly maintenance for me for over 20 years. They have always (with the exception of 2014) been zealous about keeping my house clean while performing their work. Technicians have been courteous and solicitous as well (again with the exception of 2014 service call). I also have used and will continue to use Southern Air for my electrical needs as well. We use Southern Air, all the time, this time it was for a member of our church that is on hospice and needed her air fixed desperately. After consulting with the service manager, we were able to get help with this situation, all the personnel are so friendly and the service people we have had at out home are polite and really have been trained well. Thanks to Southern Air for being a blessing to my church member.

Performed annual heating and cooling tune up on 3 ton Trane heat pump system and found unit operating well.
Performed heating maintenance on 4 ton Trane furnace and checked operations.
Performed annual heating tune up on 2.5 ton Trane heat pump and replaced failing contactor. Also advised that we return to perform a cooling tune up in spring so as to address some issues with evaporator coil and drain pan.
