Southern Air has consistently performed yearly maintenance for me for over 20 years. They have always (with the exception of 2014) been zealous about keeping my house clean while performing their work. Technicians have been courteous and solicitous as well (again with the exception of 2014 service call). I also have used and will continue to use Southern Air for my electrical needs as well.
