Keith, as usual, performed professionally and expeditiously while representing Southern Air. We exchanged questions RE my central heating unit and I was satisfied with the appropriateness of his questions to me as well as his knowledge of our heating unit. In summary, Keith was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable and is a true asset to Southern Air.
