My furnace went out during an extreme cold snap. The Technician Erin was extremely polite and took the time to explain everything to me. At no point did I ever feel like I was going to be gouged for being in a desperate position. I ended up just needing a tuneup, but my furnace is getting old...I will definitely reach out to Southport first when I look to get a new one. Excellent Service!!!
