We have an AC unit that is over 20 years old, and Fred our technician was very informitive and knew what to look for right away when showing up to the service call. He was very upfront with what needed to be done, and got working on it right away. All questions were answered and got us on the road to replacement in a very timely fashion. My grandfather always used Stadtler, and that is why we still use them today. Look forward to working with them in the future.
