Chris took time to explain what he was doing. Also, he understood the concerns of two elder women regarding the safety of the quality of air in my home. He assured me that we were safe and he did a complete check of my system. He explained what I needed to do. I truly appreciated his genuine interest in my well being. You do not often seen this and I for one truly applaud that you have such a wonderful employee at Stans.
