Quite happy with Joshua's visit - on time, very courteous and friendly and considerate with COVID protocols. He has a good technical knowledge and was kind in answering all my questions. He did the best maintenance service on our mini-split system that has been done and he reduced the blower speed on the HVAC systems to eliminate a bothersome resonance noise. Great service - hope he comes back in the Spring!
