Tim was a great help to us in thoroughly explaining our heat pump system in our new home. His knowledge and ability to describe potential issues was done in an easy to understand manner and his recommendations are really useful e.g not overspending on replacement filters that actually might impair our system. During the maintenance inspection he checked every detail of our system. Tim is a real pro and a pleasure to work with. We signed up for a biannual inspection and hope we see him again!

My AC wasn’t coming on but the tech was able to quickly fix it by simply resetting the configuration (5 mins). Not only did the tech walk me through the issue for my own knowledge, but he was very respectful of social distancing. The main office even called to reassure me that they take Covid precautions when I texted the tech prior to arrival to please bring a mask. The experience was head and shoulders better than a recent AT&T tech not only trying to get in my face with no mask, but all while coughing constantly...during a pandemic! Staton tech Steven and the office lady get an A+++
