Steven is an outstanding Technician. He is detailed and thorough in the execution of his work. He is also one of the best "troubleshooters" I've seen in any form of home service. He is methodical, takes in the client insight and asks good questions to get at probable causes followed by excellent work to resolve. He is also good at listening to customers and answering overall questions regarding systems and service. We have been clients of Staton H&A for over two decades and continue to be pleased with the support. Little frustration to see the price increases over recent years, but admittedly Staton prices had stayed very flat for a long time and probably due. Seems to be price increases all around in all services and would not move away from Staton on that premise alone. They have been solid, reliable and responsive for the 23 years of our relationship.
