Bill and his assistant Jon installed a Carrier whole home humidifier at my home today and did a fantastic job. Bill was polite, informative and right on time. He answered all of my questions with ease and made sure to confirm important steps before he did anything. From start to finish, all the folks at Steel T were a pleasure to work with. Can't say enough good things about Bill.
