Bill was on time, quickly assessed the problem, had the replacement parts on-hand which he installed in a timely manner, and took ensured everything was working properly before he left. He provided informative feedback, and was a very personable person to talk to. There was no question that the parts and labor where under warranty, making it a very pleasant bill.
