Myke was excellent. He was very polite and informative. I started this morning with a broke air conditioner, water heater and furnace and ended Myke's time here with 2 out of 3 of those problems completely resolved. Couldn't be happier with his knowledge and service! (Note: 4 stars for cost is really just because the water heater cost is higher than expected, but the cost of everything else was lower than expected.)
