The tech arrived on time and was very friendly. He endured my line of questioning as he professionally preformed his system check. He found an issue and throughly explained it to me so I could make a good decision on fixing it now or waiting til later. I was extremely pleased with the service and friendlyness of the tech. I will definatley be a long term customer.
