Our tech came out twice, once for a repair that had to be done immediately and a second time for furnace service yearly cleaning. He was very thorough for both. The yearly service took over 3 hours for 2 furnaces! He found a bunch of things wrong that I wonder what I paid for when the other company came out years ago. Very happy w them.
