I am glad that Ben Baptist worked on my furnace today. He listened carefully to my description of the unusual noise the unit was making, and he suggested some things to fix it. He did a thorough tune up, and cleaned and recalibrated the furnace. It is working very well, and much quieter now. Good tech. Knows his stuff.
