I had a carrier unit and mitsubishi unit installed in my home. Gene was very knowlegable on what I needed to heat and cool my home. With the sweltering heat this summer he got my units in as fast a possible. The guys that he has working for him were great... I cant say enough about them. They were not only knowlegable but clean, effecient, and so very polite.. It took 3 days to install because it was a big job. They were here every morning and worked all day in 90 plus weather. I have since ordered filter from them and got them in no time flat... I also had issues with my rebates not because of anything Sullivan did but when I called them they helped me out and I got my rebates.. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime... Thank you Gene and crew for all your help. My new units are great.....
