I did quite a bit of investigation and analysis when I had my heating system replaced and when having central air installed. I did a detailed comparison of the bids and solutions offered and then selected Sullivan over three other vendors. I have not been disappointed with that decision and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Sullivan sales, technicians, and installers were all professional and the biggest reason I went with Sullivan was that I felt strongly that they would take care of my HVAC needs while being honest and trustworthy. I was especially impressed that they did everything possible to ensure that every little detail of my installation was taken care off from removal of the old system to final clean up. I intend to get a yearly maintenance contract with Sullivan and look forward to building a long term relationship with them. Based on my recent experience, I would not hesitate one bit to recommend Sullivan as a great company to deal with.
